This Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the site provides museum-ssch3.by (next – museum-ssch3.by) located on the domain name museum-ssch3.by (as well as its subdomains), can get information about the User while using the site museum-ssch3.by (as well as its subdomains), its programs and its products.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.4. “Blocking of personal data” – temporary termination of processing of personal data (except for cases when processing is necessary for clarification of personal data).

1.5. “Confidential personal information” — mandatory for compliance with the Administration of the site or otherwise obtained access to personal data a person requirement to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or presence of other legal grounds.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of the Republic of Belarus only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the site museum-ssch3.by

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of a change in this information.

6.2. The site Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. To ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not to disclose it without the User’s prior written permission, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User’s personal data transmitted in other possible ways, except for paragraphs 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.4. 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS

10.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

10.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website museum-ssch3.by, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
